In this role, you will work closely with our maintenance team to carry out regular inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on our factory buildings and equipment. You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining our inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring that we always have what we need to keep our operations running smoothly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular inspections and maintenance on factory buildings, equipment, and machinery.
• Carry out repairs and replacements as needed to ensure the safety and functionality of our facilities.
• Manage and maintain our inventory of spare parts and tools.
• Work closely with our maintenance team to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
• Train and mentor junior technicians and new hires.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance work does not disrupt production schedules.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance and repair, preferably in the textile industry.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software, such as SAP PM or similar.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Valid certification in building maintenance and repair, such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) certification.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
