📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to promote and sell health and wellness products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Provide product information and answer customer inquiries professionally and accurately.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to stay updated on product offerings and promotions.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for promotional purposes.
