📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults and malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
• Inspect and test electrical components to identify potential issues before they cause breakdowns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement electrical upgrades and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, including OSHA and local electrical codes.
• Conduct troubleshooting and problem-solving to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and repair logs.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance electrical maintenance processes and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Electrician or equivalent.
• Certification as an Industrial Electrician from a recognized institution (e.g., National Competency Certificate for Industrial Electrician).
• Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic tools, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and thermal imaging cameras.
• Familiarity with electrical control systems, including PLCs and SCADA systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
