📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire payroll process, including salary calculations, deductions, and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including tax withholdings and social security contributions.
• Process and distribute payroll payments accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update payroll records and databases using software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Collaborate with the HR team to address payroll-related inquiries and issues.
• Prepare and analyze payroll reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Provide training and support to payroll staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll software, including SAP or Oracle.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
