📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives
• Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and development of a high-performing team
• Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and coaching
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and company policies
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
• Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in the retail sector
• Proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies and initiatives
• Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and department heads
• Proficiency in HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
