Ulam Tiba Halim is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Motorized Sales Coordinator to join our team in Bali. Based in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring our products reach the right customers and our sales targets are met.

As a Motorized Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing sales activities for our mobile sales team. You will use tools like Google Maps and Waze to navigate efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and organize daily sales routes using Google Maps and Waze to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all products are delivered on time and in good condition.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and professional service.
• Manage inventory and ensure that the sales team has all necessary products for their routes.
• Conduct regular check-ins with the sales team to address any issues and provide support.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing mobile sales teams effectively.
• Strong knowledge of Google Maps and Waze for route planning and navigation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and sales reporting tools.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable motorized vehicle for business use.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
