📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand visibility and market share.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns using platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram.
• Create and distribute engaging content for our website, blog, and social media channels.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Organize and execute marketing events, webinars, and trade shows to showcase our products.
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners and influencers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in B2B or B2C marketing.
• Proficient in using marketing software such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Canva.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with the lighting industry and smart home technology is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
