🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in kindergarten teaching or a related role.
• Certification in early childhood education (e.g., CPNS, CPB, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of child development and psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
