As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the backbone of our technical operations. Your daily tasks will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining our IT systems, and providing top-notch support to our staff. You will work with a variety of tools and software, including ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and various medical imaging software. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about healthcare technology.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide level 1 and 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Maintain and update IT systems, including servers, workstations, and network devices
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot medical imaging software and equipment
• Manage user accounts and access permissions in alignment with security policies
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed
• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of our IT infrastructure in Bali
• Provide training and documentation for end-users and technical staff
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of new technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support roles, preferably in a healthcare environment
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or ITIL are a plus
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
• Experience with medical imaging software and hardware is a significant advantage
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
