📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other critical facilities to ensure optimal performance and guest comfort.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to schedule and execute maintenance and repair work.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure the smooth operation of the facilities.
• Collaborate with the Chief Engineer to develop and implement long-term maintenance strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of the hotel's facilities.
• Report any significant issues or concerns to the Chief Engineer and senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in using facility management software such as FM:pro, ServiceMax, or similar.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, and their maintenance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with Marriott International's policies and procedures.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
