📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide support to hosts and guests regarding safety and security concerns,Work closely with the safety team to ensure that our community is safe and secure,Investigate and resolve safety and security issues,Develop and implement safety and security policies and procedures,Train and educate hosts and guests on safety and security best practices,Monitor and report on safety and security metrics and trends,Collaborate with other teams to ensure that safety and security concerns are addressed across the organization

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience,Experience in customer service or support,Experience in safety and security,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in English and Korean,Knowledge of Airbnb's policies and procedures
