📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate land transport operations, including vehicle scheduling, route optimization, and driver management.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods by monitoring and analyzing transport performance metrics.
• Collaborate with fleet managers, drivers, and other stakeholders to streamline transport processes and enhance overall supply chain performance.
• Use GPS tracking and other logistics software to monitor vehicle locations and transport performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve transport efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams.
• Analyze and report on transport performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in land transport operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating land transport operations.
• Strong knowledge of GPS tracking and logistics software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and company policies.
• Ability to travel and work in different locations within Badung, Bali.
