📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet organizational goals and employee development needs.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and align programs with business objectives.,Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant feedback, and program outcomes.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development to enhance program quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, assessment tools, and learning technologies.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.
