📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and maintain detailed product specifications for Retail & Consumer Products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze product requirements.
• Ensure product specifications meet industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure product specifications are accurately communicated and met.
• Review and approve product specifications to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
• Monitor and track product specifications to ensure ongoing compliance and improvement.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams on product specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product specification development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product specification development or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations relevant to Retail & Consumer Products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with technical writing and documentation tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
