📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects.,Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.,Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.,Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.,Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.,Maintain and update project documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering.,Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
