📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.,Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.,Drive the organization's HR strategy and initiatives, aligning them with business goals.,Manage the HR budget and ensure efficient use of resources.,Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and disputes, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR and administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of managing HR functions and driving organizational change.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR management software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
