📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the entire sales fulfillment process, from order processing to delivery.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.,Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability to meet customer demands.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales fulfillment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales fulfillment or a related role.,Strong understanding of sales processes and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
