Sehati Jaya Health Center is looking for a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our organization's growth. This is a full-time position based in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur, with a competitive salary package of Rp 15.000.000 – Rp 19.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and making hiring decisions.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance with all hiring practices.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employers to foster a positive reputation for the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
