PT Tunas Hijau is seeking a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.,Maintain accurate records and reports of operations activities.,Identify and implement operational improvements and best practices.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Assist in the planning and execution of operational projects.,Provide support to the management team in making data-driven decisions.,Handle any operational issues or challenges that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with operational software and tools is a plus.,Indonesian language proficiency is required.
