📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the nursing unit.,Participate in staff meetings and continuous education programs to stay updated on best practices and new developments in the field.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.
