📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and assess potential microfinance clients to determine their financial needs and eligibility for our products.
• Design and present tailored microfinance solutions to clients, including loans, savings accounts, and other financial products.
• Monitor loan performance and provide regular updates to clients and field officers.
• Provide financial education and counseling to clients to help them make informed financial decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our institution.
• Collaborate with field officers and other team members to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in microfinance to ensure the continued success of our operations.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in microfinance, client acquisition, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of microfinance products, including loans, savings accounts, and other financial solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with microfinance software and tools, such as Mifos or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
