In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the stores, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and that staff are trained and motivated.,Oversee the financial performance of the stores, including sales targets and budgeting.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that store operations run smoothly and efficiently.,Implement and monitor store improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and sales.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Lead and mentor junior store administrators to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service is a plus.,Familiarity with ERP systems and point-of-sale (POS) software is a plus.
