📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of field sales representatives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive sales and market share.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.,Train and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events to promote our properties.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of sales teams.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and tools.,Familiarity with the local market and industry trends in Nusa Dua.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
