📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute marketing strategies and promotional activities.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably in a managerial role.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and customer service standards.,Ability to work well in a team and independently, with a positive and proactive attitude.
