📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist registered nurses in providing direct patient care,Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff,Assist in preparing and administering medications as directed by the physician,Perform basic nursing procedures such as wound care, dressing changes, and injections,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records,Assist in the preparation and sterilization of medical equipment and supplies,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of nursing care plans,Assist in the coordination of patient transfers and admissions/discharges

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment,Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems,Ability to lift and move patients as needed,Valid nursing license and certification
