📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assisting senior nurses with patient care and treatment
• Performing basic nursing tasks such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with procedures
• Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Assisting with the maintenance of patient records and documentation
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of care plans
• Following hospital policies and procedures
• Promoting a positive and safe work environment for both patients and staff
• Assisting with the organization and maintenance of the nursing unit

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Recent graduate in nursing or related field
• Limited experience in healthcare (0-2 years)
• Basic knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
