📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the company,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various departments,Conduct regular operational reviews and provide recommendations for process improvements,Manage and optimize the company's resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus
