CV Ratu Cemerlang is seeking a talented and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, serviced, and operated efficiently. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, serviced, and operated efficiently.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and servicing.,Coordinate with mechanics and service providers to ensure timely and efficient vehicle maintenance.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other staff members as needed.,Conduct regular inspections and audits of vehicles to ensure they meet safety and operational standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
