📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver high-quality mathematics instruction to Grade 10–12 students following the IB & A-Level Curriculum
• Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs and paces
• Provide personalized feedback and support to students to help them achieve their academic goals
• Collaborate with other educators to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
• Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and educational technologies
• Assess student progress and provide regular reports to parents and guardians
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages student engagement and success

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching mathematics to high school students
• Strong knowledge of the IB & A-Level Mathematics syllabus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans
• Proficiency in using educational technologies and tools such as Desmos, GeoGebra, and Kahoot!
• Familiarity with assessment and evaluation methods for mathematics education
• Passion for empowering students and making a positive impact on their lives
