Duta Jaya Dental Clinic is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our vehicles are in optimal condition, and that our drivers are safe and well-trained. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our clinic and we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and has a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of the fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in good working condition.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs with service providers.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure compliance with all regulations.,Manage and maintain driver records, including licenses, certifications, and training.,Ensure all vehicles are inspected regularly and that all necessary documentation is up-to-date.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure safe and efficient operation of the fleet.,Provide excellent customer service to drivers and other staff members.,Work closely with the clinic management to ensure the fleet meets the needs of the business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with fleet management software is a plus.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
