📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and organize marketing events and promotional campaigns from concept to execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.
• Manage event budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
• Create and distribute event marketing materials, including invitations, promotional posters, and social media content.
• Monitor and analyze event performance to gather insights and improve future events.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations.
• Leverage social media platforms to promote events and engage with the audience.
• Provide regular reports on event progress and outcomes to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and coordination.
• Proven experience in managing marketing events and promotional campaigns.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using event management software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar.
• Familiarity with social media marketing tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
