📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes.,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Oversee performance management and employee development.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analyses.,Support the HR Manager in strategic planning and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with dental clinic operations is a plus.
