📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the store inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.,Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Assist in training and mentoring new employees.,Participate in store promotions and events to enhance customer engagement.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics.,Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.,Good understanding of Indonesian retail practices and regulations.,Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.,Proficient in using basic office software and tools.
