📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and execution of banquet events, including setup, service, and cleanup.,Ensure the banquet area is clean and well-maintained before and after each event.,Assist in the coordination of staff and vendors to ensure timely and efficient service.,Provide excellent customer service to banquet guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Assist in the inventory management of banquet supplies and equipment.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of banquet menus and ensure that food and beverages are served according to the event's requirements.,Assist in the preparation of event reports and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.,Familiarity with banquet equipment and supplies.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
