📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of the store.,Manage a team of sales associates, providing training, coaching, and support to help them meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.,Oversee inventory management, including stock taking, ordering, and ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Assist in the development and implementation of the store's marketing and promotional activities.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar retail management role.,Proven track record of success in managing a retail store or department.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
