As a Senior Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and optimizing the performance of our manufacturing processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the maintenance of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and facilities.,Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.,Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime and production losses.,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize equipment performance.,Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.,Train and mentor junior maintenance staff to ensure high standards of workmanship and safety.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.,Certifications in relevant maintenance standards and practices, such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or OHSAS 18001.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and equipment.,Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance projects and teams.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel for work.
