📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of chefs to ensure high standards of food and beverage preparation.,Develop and implement new menu items that reflect the unique flavors of Lalu Coffee Bali.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure cost-effective and high-quality ingredients.,Work closely with the management team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef in a high-volume restaurant or café.,Proven culinary leadership experience with a strong background in menu development.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine, with a focus on coffee and espresso-based beverages.,Excellent communication and team leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software is a plus.
