Life Star Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales transactions, assisting customers, and ensuring the smooth operation of our cashiering processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Assist customers with product inquiries and provide excellent customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Handle cash and other forms of payment securely and accurately.,Provide training and support to junior staff members.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the manager.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or cashier role.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong customer service orientation.,Familiarity with basic accounting and inventory management.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Proficiency in using basic computer software and cash register systems.
