Salon Eko Store is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. If you are passionate about people and have a strong background in HR, we want to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding,Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution,Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies,Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages,Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions,Coordinate with management to address HR issues

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Experience with HR information systems and software,Certification in HR management is a plus
