📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Support the sales team by conducting market research and competitor analysis.,Assist in the negotiation and closing of sales deals with potential clients.,Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales promotions and events.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales-related role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Previous experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus.
