📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware and software issues,Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks,Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software,Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies,Provide training and documentation for IT systems and procedures,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures,Work with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, or macOS,Experience with networking technologies and protocols,Knowledge of IT security best practices,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
